How to Contact Us
You may call Fairview Drive Pet Hospital at 519 753-7257, during normal business hours. We are conveniently located on Fairview Drive 1.5 blocks west of Park Rd North in the Fairview Park Plaza. Lots of free parking available.
After Hours Emergency 
Dr. Mulder can be reached after hours for a phone consultation by calling 519 753 7257. Dr. Mulder will help you decide if you have an emergency that needs to go to the emergency clinic or if it can wait until morning. If required, Dr. Mulder will also consult with the veterinarians at the emergency clinic to ensure continuity of care.
If you have an immediate emergency please call the emergency clinic at Brant Norfolk Veterinary Clinic. They are open from 6pm to 8am weeknights and 24hrs all weekend. They may be reached at 519 720-0753, they are located in the Tim Horton plaza at the corner of Lynden Road (Fairview Drive) and Dalkeith Drive.
